USA Today recently published an article listing the top 10 National Parks in terms of visitation. While we've only written guidebooks to 4 of them since Yosemiet comes out next Spring (and also - those books include information about Grand Teton and Grand Canyon as well), we have personally visited seven of the 10. Can you guess which ones we are missing? See the USA today write up with descriptions here, or look below for a short listing.
We will be presenting our best tips for creating memorable family vacations to the National Parks this Wednesday at Auntie's Bookstore in Spokane, WA. This will include some specifics about Glacier, Yellowstone, and Utah's parks, followed by plenty of time for Q&A. This is the last time we'll be presenting this summer, so don't miss it! We hope to see you there.
If you are in the Spokane, WA area this Thursday and want to see our slideshow on our best tips for family vacations in the National Parks, then stop by Mountain Gear at 7pm. We'll give our presentation and then follow it up with plenty of time for Q&A. See you there!

We, Harley and Abby, are the parents of 4 boys whom we regularly drag into any and every national park we come near to. We love our parks and know that the only chance we have of keeping and maintaining this priceless resource is to give our children a love of them too.
